Then she did an outstanding job of marketing my home to maximize my return. I followed all of her recommendations and it paid off. She had the house sold before it officially hit the market. Christine removed so much stress from the buy/sell process. She knows real estate and there’s no way I’d do this without her. She’s fantastic.

Christine is absolutely phenomenal, she worked with my wife and I to sell our town home and get us into a much larger home for our growing family. She was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and fought hard to get us the best deal possible. She genuinely made us feel like she cared about making sure everything we did was the right move for my wife and I, even if it would mean she would have to do more work or get less money from the deal. She was a one stop shop for information too, being second time buyers and first time sellers there were alot of things we didn't know or were unsure of. But she had quick and confident answers to 99% of our questions and the other 1% she got us an answer within the day. All in all she made both the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home as stress free as it could have been. She's a phenomenal person and realtor and I'd fully recommend her to anyone!
